Yes, its a shame.  ~ is the only really good "high" line we have.  I
mean, you can use " but it's not as nice as ~.  I've viewed some pics
I've made with lots of ~s in a font that puts them low, and the pics
looked pretty bad.  I try to use " more often now to be more universal.

What can ya do?
