How you do that (or IF you CAN do that) depends on your news reader.
There are lots of different news readers out there, which is why I
suggested having a go at a little trial-and-error in alt.test.

In your headers I can see this:

  X-Newsreader: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2014.211

which suggests to me that you're using OE5. There have been lots of
people here complaining about problems with that one and the best advice
for how to solve some of those problems seem to be "Get some other
(better) news reader". I have no idea how/if to solve your problem in
OE5.
