Open up Jave (I use version 5.0) 2. Click on menu Tools>Image2Ascii Converter (this should open a window with two halves - Source image on the top, and Result: on the bottom) 3. Click on the open-folder icon 4. Browse around and find your .jpg file 5. Click the Open button 6. You should see text in the Result: window 7. Click the Insert button 8. Select whether you want to use the image as a watermark or not There should be text to work with in your document window now. There are some settings to play around with between steps 6 and 7, if you want to get different results from the converter. Also, check the "Docs" folder in your JavE directory for help files (image2ascii_commandline.html might interest you). -Phydeaux ObASCII: ,-. v .-.___ |/ / '----' (open-folder icon)
