   Ummm.... I drew this by looking at my left hand with the fingers
   crossed.  I fail to see the difference between having the middle
   finger over the index finger and having the index finger under
   the middle finger.  Maybe I am missing the point.  I CAN do this! 
   Obviously I did if I drew my hand in this position!
