I myself use a gif=>ascii converter to give me a base, then I edit that
picture in DOS edit (in typeover mode). I usualy have a picutre of
whatever I'm editing beside me for refrence. I understand others use
clear plastic, draw on that, and put it on their staticy screens, then
type under it. Others use a piece of graph paper, draw on it, then fill
in the pattern on the paper and copy it to the screen (this is what I
suspect the Dutch Dude does.) If you want you pictures to look good it is
strongly sugested that you use blending character, for instance, since
the double quotes (") only take up the upperhalf, they can be used as a
half step, and the lower-case (m) takes up the lower half making it perfect
for the inverse of the ("). Play around, look at others art, and give it
a try.
