I don't know my chinese well at all, but I don't think this meant
chinese new year greeting.  The first character means "I" and the last
means "You" if I can remember/recognize correctly (Pardon me if I'm
wrong, anyone). The middle word I'm not sure but I think it means
"Love".   I know, I am not qualified to reply/comment on this but since
no one did, I thought it might not hurt - in case someone (like myself)
is looking for some chinese new year ascii-art to sent to friends and
don't know chinese at all. Enough said.
