Talk: New emoticon?

hi all,

Some time ago i had the extreme urge to tell someone on the net that
i really liked her. As u might understand my type mode was getting
stuck due to severe emotions. Before i knew it i typed "i<3u" right
from the <3 i suppose. Unfortunately, the message was interpreted as
a mathematical inequality :`(.

I saw fun, sarcasm, flame and all expressed in emoticons. But love.
Has anybody seen this emoticon <3 being a heart and standing universally
for _love_ b4? I've asked David W. Sanderson first, since he compiles the
Noah Webster of smileys but he had <3 not in his collection. David had
never seen it; but he appended it 2 his collection. Have u seen it?
Do u like it, or betta, do u <3 it? Please feel free 2 use <3 and let
me know if u've seen <3 b4.

When I come to work for lack of anything else to do, I don't feel
guilty about reading news.
