how do you upload to fourms??

Hi I know someone that use's eskimo north internet that has been trying tto 
up load here and the other art fourms but is having no luck.. i think he 
said its pine also .. i know his mail is. if anyone can tell me how or 
Knows anyone that knows how this information would be greatly appacited!
