Looks like base64 in mime to me.

I don't know what mime-capable newsreaders there are for AmigaOS,
of if there even are any!


I'd recomend adding yet another customer to microsoft's plan for
world takeover, and get a PC and use Netsacpe Navigator.
 

Until then, I would recomend reading my replys to the 8th graders
posts.  You couldn't have made any sense out of the origonals, it
took me two hours to get them into standered ascii. (no 200 letter
lines, removeing odd charectors, etc...)
