Actually the face IMO is what makes her ugly ..
Some would say that breats cannot get to large , but I too would prefer the
breats slightly smaller.
Her hair could also use a little freshning up and her arm looks out of
proportions.
Lines could be softer .. and other small details.

But anyone can critiquize .. few can do something about it.
Let me give her a makeover :)
