That is not standard tuning (EADGBe)? What is it (I don't really need
to know, I just mean that usually if it's not standard tuning you
mention it so someone else reading your music can tell, or perhaps in 20
yrs time you can remember)?

I'm assuming the numbers on the "strings" are the frets you place your
fingers on. Not sure what the numbers along the bottom are for unless
for timing, though that's not relevant for chord prompts like the above?

May I suggest a couple of things?

As you get more into guitar and start looking at tabs, you'll notice a
common system is to have the tuning down the LHS like this:

  E major
e-----------
B-----------
G-1---------
D-2---------
A-2---------
E-----------

and perhaps if you want to remember the actual notes you can put them
down the RHS like you did. You'd only do this maybe for chord sheets
like you are doing, not for writing tablature for whole songs.

PS - have you seen this site? Has lots of tabs and a chord dictionary:

http://olga.net/
http://www.olga.net/dynamic/browse.php?printer=1&local=resources/chord_docs/long_chord_dbase.txt

Browse it and you'll see plenty of common ways, in ascii, of tab and
chord notation.

Hope this helps :-)
