This is a strange problem - I have checked my site and from here I can
download Jave without any problems (in fact about 1,300 people have
succeeded downloading it - don't know how many failed...). But I have
uploaded Jave and the runtime environment (for all windows platforms) to
a mirror location where maybe it works better.

Jave 1.1a (570kB):
  http://www.uni-karlsruhe.de/~ukgh/jave/jave11a.zip
FIGlet fonts package for Jave (382kB):
  http://www.uni-karlsruhe.de/~ukgh/jave/figletfonts1.zip
Java Runtime environment 1.3 for windows (5.1MB):
  http://www.uni-karlsruhe.de/~ukgh/jave/j2re-1_3_1-win.exe
(I will remove this one very soon for I don't know if Sun likes me to
put it online somewhere else...)

Please try to download it from there. If it does not work send me a
quick note and I will post the files as email-attachments.

Regards,
Markus

PS: To those who are waiting for bugfixes/upgrades: I am working on it
but at the moment I am also very busy learning for a test, so it will
take some weeks until the next release.
