Is > that US folklore ? It's from Charles Dickens's book "A Christmas carol", where Scrooge is visited by ghosts who explain the meaning of Christmas. There are countless movies and stuff based on the book. One modernized version features Bill Murray and is called "Scrooged". There's also some kind of musical version with Kelsey Grammer (Frasier), Jason Alexander (George from Seinfeld) and Jennifer Love Hewitt. And of course, the Muppets have their own version. Oh, and then there's of course Scrooge McDuck, the uncle of Donald Duck. But for the record, Charles Dickens was British. -- OO Joaquim Gndara .||. http://www.Nerd-Boy.net bb jg
