Nope, sorry, the ugliness is what is seen in HTMLised postings which have 
appeared from time to time in this newsgroup and show only as garbage on 
the screen.

Those who find it absolutely imperative to post HTMLised pictures should 
uuencode them in the same way that ANSI posters are asked to do when 
they make use of the Extended Character Set using the ALT key.  

As you already know very well...all this is in the FAQ.
