The second repost of DOSGIFSC.EXE was done in UU.
I've also tried this one and worked. You need a decoder which can decode multiple parts documents. You need to select both parts in order to make it work. If you don't have any such decoder, try to get something like WinVN from the net. Go to http://ded.com to find it. Good luck!
