If you are using outlook express 5, open up the offending downloaded
post, select from your toolbar "message", then select "block sender"
which will automatically add to your blocked senders list.

if you wish to manually add the the address/domain, while not in the
message, go to "tools", then select Message Rules, then block senders
and type copy/paste or whatever, the address you wish to block...to
remove the address, do the same.
