problems with Adobe Exchange and ATM on an NT platform ... can someone help me ?

Hi guys,
I've just received a catalog (on cd) from a firm, but it
doesn't work with windows NT.
Each time I launch the program, AdobeExchange boot but soon
after I received a message telling me "ATM not found".
Do somebody have the clue ?
