|Interesting idea, but on balance I don't think it's a good one. A FAQ
|subject line should be as simple and as obvious as possible, and
|including the version number would be unnecessary. Two reasons:
|(1) those who come to alt.ascii-art* via an old version of the FAQ will
|    see the current version of the FAQ posted soon enough, before they
|    learn to ignore it
|(2) those who are already in the group do not need alerting about a new
|    version of the FAQ, as it is discussed fairly thoroughly in the
|    group itself while it is being prepared.

The start needs to be changed to something like:
Most of the newsgroup regulars will forfil requests for objects in ascii, if
they fond them interesting.
