An apology to Taliszanna

Taliszanna

I have been a unkind to you in this newsgroup recently and I apologise. I behaved like a thug
which is not like me at all. As it is, there are few enough people who enjoy ascii art without me
going around pissing people off and fuelling arguments for and against conversions.

I often receive email requests for ascii conversions. I enjoy the process of adjusting the
original, resizing, converting and then the best part, tidying up the raw ascii output. For me
this is quite therapeutic, in the same way as restoring a vintage car or furniture or even a
house.

Working on this was a lot of fun but as I don't know what the original looked like I could be way
off.
I would spend more time working on the wings if I was going to finish it but you get the general
idea.

I visited your webpage and really liked what you've done. I see we are both fans of the work of H
R Geiger. I felt inspired enough to want to give my webpages a goth-theme makeover. When I get
around to it I might ask if I can use some of your graphics, okay?
