REQ: Software for organizing ASCII

Hi! Does anyone know a program that helps you to organize your ascii pics using some hyerarchical interface (like Explorer) for making a tree like Animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and so on... and a field with a fixed font to see the pic and hopefully to copy it right to the clipboard. I know I sound more like a "I need a coder" but I think such program should exist and I hope you use one. Or at least something compareable. Share your experience with me. I'm tired having over 200 .txt files with ascii...
