I don't know any such program (but I'm sure there are some).
But you should try this website out: 
http://www.inf.utfsm.cl/cgi-bin/figlet/service
You type in your text, choose your font (there are plenty, you can
download samples, which takes a while) and in a matter of seconds you
get your fancy ascii text.
