After seeing many requests for a GIF (bmp, jpg, whatever) to ASCII
converter, I realized I had one--kinda. It's called DISPLAY and you can
find it at http://bicmos.ee.nctu.edu.tw which is the official DISPLAY
site. However, DISPLAY only converts to ASCIIs whose font sizes must be
shrunk to about three and font basically must be COURIER NEW in Windows
Write, wordpad, works, wordperfect, whatever. It doesn't convert to
anything viewable directly on the internet (like a .sig)
Hope this helps anyone.
