I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by "draw"...

Mike Jittlov's work was an obvious influence on the style of artwork I 
chose to use for my guy, so you could say I "drew" from him in that way. 
If you mean did I create my artwork as opposed to diddling, yes.  On 
the other hand, if you mean did I sketch him first with pencil and paper, 
no.  He was done by typing characters in where I thought they should 
go, and moving/deleting/changing ones that didn't look quite right or 
didn't flow well.  A few times, I printed him out for perspective so I 
could judge proportions, and I did pencil in where I wanted to make 
adjustments at those times, so I guess you could say some drawing was
involved.
