If you're running on a UNIX box, you can try the following:

1. Create assorted .sig files called .signature, .sig1, .sig2, .sig3, etc.

2. Write shell scipt to copy .signature to .sig10, then copy .sig1 to    
   .signature, .sig2 to .sig1, .sig3 to .sig2, and so on until all .sig files  
   have been moved up one level.

3. Use cron to execute your shell script once per hour, and you'll have a    
   differnet .signature file each hour. You can make the cron execute the    
   script as often as you like (every 5 minutes???) 

Maybe this is what you had in mind. If not, this'll work, but it sure would be 
nice if Pine or Elm had some sort of random siguature generator.
