No, personally I ignore them. But since you seem to think that having no
manners is ok, I'm inclined to argue with you. You and this guy are part of
the reason terrorists think the West deserves to be kicked in the bollocks.

What do they say about the million people saying a stupid thing? And it's
not how a lot of people talk either. All the requests for art that I've seen
have asked in respectable grammar and have asked courteously.

Fine. If he can't be bothered to take 5 seconds extra over his message to
use proper grammar, check and correct the spelling of about 10 words, and
write 'later' instead of 'l8tz' then why should we be bothered to either
draw him some ASCII art of Care Bears or go looking for some?

Also, going back to the point about people using slang in everyday speech,
in everyday speech you try and talk quickly as well. During everyday speech,
you don't have the time to think about every sentence and check it for
grammar before you say it. In Usenet, you do, and should, to make your post
more readable.
