An ascii never IS finished, I allways redo works at least ten times.
So, I diddled a little on this. I recently saw the movie 
'The Frighteners' which featured a really cool computer-animated
Grim Reaper. It looked more like this:
(bigger claws, unseen face, bigger weapon (what's it called?))
