A matter that apparently been going on for sometime, involves SPAMMING
from your school. I been following the fight to get this issue resolved.

In alt.ascii-art one of your instructors has been instructing students
to post binaries in this group. After another poster to the group contacted
the school in this matter. A Student Assistance responded to the effect that
it was an accident. This so call accident from what I discovered has been
going on for some time.

Then in the same batch of fresh news posting to this group was more 
of the same spam. If you work with the department in creating a new group local
to you to help stop this and provide a place where they can learn productive
education. Which you most likely strive for. Then they would have a place to 
post that would not cause hard feeling toward a institution such as yours.

Right now, I get they feeling that the Professors or the Student Assistance
is going with "Who the F* they are to tell me how to use the Usenet"

One of the thing this SA stated in the response was 
"Wasn't you a beginner once?" Well, since I was not the one that he contacted
or contacted the department. I need to ask, isn't that why the course being
taught? So they wouldn't spam to an unrelated news group with a Subject 
line designed to be recognizable?


Your aid in this matter is extremely important. For you have the power via
inn, or what ever nntp server you are running in creating groups for these
people to learn. 

I had also posted this email to the group, in the thread dealing with this
on going problem. I implore you not to get your institution a bad reputation
in the international community, and help with this matter.
