gif program for VAX???
Hello, I have a VAX/VMS account here at UM and I was wondering if there was
anyway that I could view gifs and/or convert gifs to ascii in the VAX operating
system.
If it is possible, could someone please give me *explicit* directions on how to
get the program via ftp or whatever, and then how to make it work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
