It's all in the software and how you use it. What program do you use to
save the material? What steps do you take to save it? How do you get the
material into an e-mail message? What mailer are you using? We can only
make wild guesses if we don't know the answers to these questions.

There is a superb resource on almost every computer ever made. Apple tried to
remove it, but had to put it back; Windows almost completely ignored it, but
later had to use it; IBM moved it out of reach, but people wrote software to
return it to its proper place. For 25 points, name that resource.
