the phil frog creature bthat you drew is what is known in the art world
as a forgery. a copy of an original work. If i paint a copy of a van
gogh or davinci picture i am not creating a new work. i am making
forgeries.

also in claiming that as only one in five characters are the same
therefore the picture is different, you're ignoring the aspects of
spatial relationship, form an design that are so much a part of any art.

as for your claims to: and, from, to as new phils. you're so many years
too late. those particular works are so old that the original author has
been lost in time. i believe what you are doing here is called
plagerism.
